Roger Beaudoin
Roger Beaudoin has been
practising beautiful handwriting since the age of 15. In 1985,
he started research too get a better understanding of handwritings
practised by medieval monks, as well as the sharpening of the
quill and the ancient methods of ink making. He has been
teaching since 1998, including a 6 week workshop in France in
1999. |

Clément Alain Boudreault
Clément Alain
Boudreault was born in Montrea1 and was introduced to art by his
father, a wood sculptor in the typical Quebec tradition. As a
young child, already he was fascinated with drawing. He first
studied comic strips. then realistic drawing, caricature, painting
and even technical drawing, in public and private courses. He
has many years experience drawing the human figure. He has participated
in local and international. |

Louise D’Aoust
Louise D'Aoust studied
art at the School of Applied Arts in Montreal, at Wattié
Academy, and Bishop's University. She bas boon teaching for the
past ten years using a classical teaching method. i.e.the study
of four works by the Great Masters, at the student's choice, to
help integrate the theoric part of her course. The student then
creates his/her own composition (portrait, people, landscape and
still lfe). |

Claude Ouellette
Claude Ouellette has been painting for decades. At an early age his first passion was drawing, later on he diverted to painting and sculpture. His passion for artistic creation has been with him his whole life. He has held several solo and group exhibitions. He has been teaching oil painting and sculpture. |

Natalie Dumoulin
A Gemini nominated animation Producer of the EMMY award winning ARTHUR, as well as writer and Executive Producer on CAILLOU. Natalie has worked with Teletoon, YTV, Family Channel, SRC, Cartoon Network and PBS. She began her career in 1986 translating storyboards for a renowned Belgian cartoonist and went on to work in all aspects of television production. A member of the Writer’s Guild, Natalie has written series concepts and scripts on several series, such as Mona The Vampire, Animal Crackers and The Little Lulu Show. |

Diane Claveau Eggleton
Ikebanist, she received
her teacher's fonnation in Tokyo, Japan. From 1983 to 1988, she
studied Ikebana at the Sogetsu Kaikan school where she regularly
returns to keep up to date with new tendencies. She taught in
Belgium and Canada, and participated in many local and international
exhibitions, notably in Belgium, France, Rolland and Japan. She
is active within the Montreal branch of "Ikebana International"
and a member of the "Sogetsu Foundation Teacher's Association". |

Susan Lovell
Susan Lovell has been active in the artistic
domain since the 1970’s. She has participated in numerous
exhibitions, as a painter and before that as a sculptor. More
recently she has returned to her first love painting. Currently,
Susan is a member of Saffron, an up and coming group of women
artists. Since 2005 she has been teaching painting at Maison Desaulniers
and is responsible for the annual student Exhibition.
Susan Lovell will be teaching a series of creative painting workshops
at the Maison des Arts Rive-Sud. She has joined the group of artists
at the Complexe Du Canal Lachine where she will have a solo in
2009. After many years of observation, her current artistic research
is an homage to Woman.

Le Guen Ian
Ian Le Gwen has always had a passion for drawing. At an early
age he discovers the art of etching. Etching or engraving has
allowed him to live of his passion with a lot of freedom. His
etchings can be found across Canada, the United-States. 42 of
his engravings are in legal deposit at the National Library.

Louise Cousineau
Louise Cousineau holds a Certificate in Studio
Arts from Bishop's University and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia
University . Attracted by the transparency and the magic of watercolor,
she was initiated to the medium by Viola Goupil, in 1994, and
pursued her training with renowned watercolorist Ming Ma. She
has exposed her watercolor paintings in many art shows and was
alloted 1st prize in the « Symposium une Époque
en Arts, 1998 » and one of her works was included in
the Salon of the CWS in 2008. She has been teaching watercolor
at the Maison des arts Rive-Sud since 2005. |

Lidia Ureche Côté
Lidia Ureche received multi-disciplinary training
at the Fine Arts Lycée in Rumania. She then specialized
in textile and weaving/printing at the Fine Arts Academy of Cluj-Napoca
in Rumania. Her research in the field of textile art led her to
develop a personalized technique of paper weaving with which she
creates murals and installations, incorporating also acrylic painting
on canvas. She has held numerous solo and group exhibitions in
Rumania, France and Quebec |

Whaja C. Lee
Whaja C. Lee was born
in Seoul, Korea. She studied art at the Seoul National University
(BFA), and later at L'École Nationale Supérieure
des Arts Décoratifs à Paris. In 1969, she obtained
a fine arts teaching certificate at UQAM. She has been teaching
art in the Montreal region for thirty years, mostly at the Jacques
Cartier School Board. Exhibitions
in Korea and Canada, private collections in Canada,
the U.S., Korea, and France. |

Serge Ouimet
As a self-taught painter and sculptor for the
past 26 years, Serge Ouimet has acquired a niche in the
art world, combining fantasy and realism. He continues
his search for beauty and truth in a world of existential torment.
Serge Ouimet teaches drawing and painting in
various institutions and gives demonstrations for art associations.

Popa
After having completed
his studies at the Fine Arts Institute Grigorescu in Bucarest,
Sherban Popa has made an international career (24 solo exhibitions
and more that 150 group exhibitions). His work is in private collections
and he has received several distinctions in France and in Canada.
He has been living in Quebec since 1986.

Séguin
Yves Séguin studied
piano and music theory at Vincent-D'Indy. He holds a Bachelor's
Degree in music from Concordia University. Subsequently he took
private vocal lessns. During the past twenty years,he has participated
in concerts and has produced recitals. As an active member of
the Union des Artistes, he has sung with various groups such as
the OSM Choir, the Orchestre Métropolitain Choir and the
Saint-Lambert Choral Society. He is Bass Lead at the Church of
Saint Andrew and Saint Paul. |

Jean-Claude Tremblay
pianist and composer, signed the music of many televised series,
in particular Sesame Street. He was also close friend and accompaniment
the singer and poet George Dor, for who he composed ten musical
parts. |

Claire F.S. Vaillancourt
Claire Vaillancourt studied
art at the École des Beaux-Arts in Quebec and in Montreal
(8 years in total). She subsequently took courses at the Institut
des Métiers d' Art and also in private studios. She has
had several exhibitions in Quebec city, St. Lambert and in the
province. She has been active in the realization of several projects
related to art such as the foundation of a private school for

Van Mierlo
Anne Van Mierlo is of
Dutch origin. She spent 10 years in Paris before settling in Canada.
From 1977 to 1981, she studied Fine-Arts at Concordia University
(BFA). Her work is represented in several galleries in Montreal,
Baie SLPaul, and in France. For the past 16 years,she has been
teaching oil acrylic and mixed-media. The focus of her teaching
is on exploration and experimentation. |
